MADN Agency aims to provide restaurants with an all-inclusive marketing management service to include current marketing activations, promotional event management, photography, social media, digital communication (e-blast), review site management, and website design/maintenance.
MADN Agency is a restaurant digital marketing service founded by former hospitality professional, Mistey Nguyen. Nguyen's career has been rooted in luxury hotels and restaurants, such as, Charlie Trotter's, Balsan, RIA and highly regarded luxury hotels Waldorf Astoria Chicago and The Langham, Chicago. Nguyen's extensive experience includes: pre-opening planning, operations, restaurant/event management, collateral design, website design/management, digital messaging, and photography styling working with Chicago's top chefs, industry leaders, photographers, and publicists.
Nguyen has earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts: Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago, a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu's California School of Culinary Arts Pasadena, and fuels her creative needs through Adult Continuing Education courses at the School of The Art Institute Chicago.
Her proudest career achievement thus far was collaborating with Tanta Chicago's Executive Chef Jesus Delgado and author Leyla Moushabeck of "The Immigrant Cookbook: Recipes That Make America Great," published in December 2017. Nguyen photographed Chef Delgado's Peruvian-Thai inspired 'tiradito' featured on page 18.
